Our owner is a 5th generation cattle rancher who has cared for the land and the livestock in Utah and Wyoming his entire life. Almost two decades ago, he began his work in the meat harvesting, processing, and fulfilling industry. He has never looked back.

Our company has nearly 20 years of experience with all things meat. We have sold to the great and the small throughout the entire United States.
