What requirements are there to obtain my own meat line?

Once you reach out through our form and express interest in partnering with us, and we have spoken in person, we will begin our contract with you. Once a contract is signed, we will send you a welcome packet with all of the information you will need to get started, integrate your website with us, and begin selling your meat. We have each detail laid out for you when it comes to the meat, branding and packaging, and fulfillment.

We do look at social media and web presence, and your ability to influence your customers, as well as your business model, to help us determine if a partnership with us is a good fit.

How do I get my mailing materials to you?

Once we are in a partnership, we will have a couple of meetings to determine what your needs are when it comes to your mailing materials. We will talk about design, branding, printing, and quantities.

How do I get paid?

This is an important part of our partnership and we want to make it very clear how this process works. Once we have a contract signed, we will discuss compensation and how to price the product on your website. You being compensated fairly, consistently, and on time is a high priority for us!

What if a customer orders meat and another product from my website?

We approach this on an individual partner basis. We have several options available for you and we will need to take into account different factors including: what platform your website runs on, the amount of product you need shipped, timeframe of shipments, and so on. We can’t wait to set up a meeting and discuss this with you!

What if my customer has an issue or needs to return a meat product?

Quality meat is one thing we take very seriously at Sage Valley Ranch. We want you and your customers to not only enjoy the meat, but enjoy the occasions around the meat–parties, gatherings, recipes, families, and friends. We guarantee that your customers will receive a quality product each time they order. That being said, if there is an issue, question, concern, or return, we will handle it! There will be an email address and phone number provided in each order to each customer so they can reach a person who can then help.

Can I change the products I offer on my website? Can I add more options? Can I do a subscription plan?

Absolutely! We love that you are creating recipes and great food. We will make a plan with you about what products you want to offer and when you should introduce, feature, or offer them. You get insider information and we work together to optimize your offering. While we do need time to structure changes to your meat product offering, we are able to work with you in a timely manner to add or subtract products. We also have a great subscription option for you and your customers. If this is an interest of yours, we will set up a meeting to discuss what this looks like and how to implement the subscription for you.

Can I get meat products to use for demonstrations, videos, other media, and ads?

Yes! We definitely want to provide you with the quality meat you need to show off new recipes, techniques, spices, and complementary grilling/smoking products. Once we have a partnership with you, we will show you the process for ordering meat wholesale. We will happily ship you test products and provide information on the cut, quality, and nutrition of that product.

Will you provide content about your meat products so I can inform my customers?

This is such an important part of the sales process: educating customers on the weights, origins, cut type, and quality of their meat. It can really help people to understand what they are paying for and why they want a certain type of meat over another one. We commit to providing educational materials on the products we offer so you can feature it on your website, your videos and other media, and in your customer relationships in general
